Associate Director – Workday Financials & UK Payroll

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Workday Financials & UK Payroll to lead enterprise transformation programmes, provide strategic advisory services, and deliver end-to-end Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Workday Financials and UK Payroll transformation initiatives from strategy through delivery.
  • Partner with clients to design solution architecture, business processes, and operating models.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and integration designs.
  • Provide leadership across implementation teams, managing stakeholders, risks, and project delivery.
  • Support data migration, process optimisation, and finance transformation programmes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering Workday Financials and UK Payroll solutions.
  • Strong background in ERP, cloud technologies, finance systems, and digital transformation.
  • Experience leading at least two full-cycle Workday implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Workday transactional processes, integrations, and data migration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience within consulting, professional services, or large-scale transformation environments.
Certifications
  • Workday Financials Certification (required)
  • Workday Financial Data Model (FDM) Certification (required)
  • Workday Engagement Manager Certification (required)
  • Additional Workday certifications are highly desirable.
