We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Workday Financials & UK Payroll to lead enterprise transformation programmes, provide strategic advisory services, and deliver end-to-end Workday implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Financials and UK Payroll transformation initiatives from strategy through delivery.
- Partner with clients to design solution architecture, business processes, and operating models.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and integration designs.
- Provide leadership across implementation teams, managing stakeholders, risks, and project delivery.
- Support data migration, process optimisation, and finance transformation programmes.
- Proven experience delivering Workday Financials and UK Payroll solutions.
- Strong background in ERP, cloud technologies, finance systems, and digital transformation.
- Experience leading at least two full-cycle Workday implementations.
- Deep understanding of Workday transactional processes, integrations, and data migration.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience within consulting, professional services, or large-scale transformation environments.
- Workday Financials Certification (required)
- Workday Financial Data Model (FDM) Certification (required)
- Workday Engagement Manager Certification (required)
- Additional Workday certifications are highly desirable.
