An exciting opportunity exists for an Enterprise Solution Architect to play a key role in contributing to the strategic and technical design aligned to architectural roadmaps across selected key domains within Group Architecture.
This role supports the Full Stack Architect in the delivery of large-scale programmes across diverse technology domain architecture landscapes and contributes to the execution of End-to-End (E2E) architecture initiatives.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of major technology strategies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and governance processes.
- Define, influence, and uphold strategic design principles and the architectural governance framework.
- Support the continuous development of architectural capability by coaching and mentoring colleagues in alignment with the Architecture Target Operating Model.
- Deliver cost-effective, innovative, and maintainable enterprise application solutions, including hands-on involvement in the creation of E2E designs.
- Apply deep technical knowledge and expertise in enterprise-wide architecture and technical design.
- Engage in strategic technology planning, anticipating how evolving technologies fit into long-term organisational strategy.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and documentation for executive-level and senior governance committees.
- Operate in a client-facing capacity, requiring excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
- Strong background in technical design and enterprise architecture across complex technology environments.
- Proven experience in delivering E2E architecture solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more common application technology stacks, such as the Microsoft .NET stack.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based technologies is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and committees.
