Overview / Role Summary
As a BC Presales Manager, you will be vital in shaping customer engagements surrounding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will work closely with sales, marketing, technical teams, and delivery consultants to assist customers in understanding Dynamics 365 solutions, exploring industry scenarios, and planning successful projects. This role is perfect for candidates with a functional background in Business Central, encompassing consulting, analysis, implementation, training, solution design, or customer advisory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the pre-sales phase by identifying customer needs and potential project opportunities.
  • Build demo environments, prepare relevant demo data, and create meaningful Business Central scenarios.
  • Deliver presentations and showcase demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Assist in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and early-stage solution discussions.
  • Contribute to new customer acquisition efforts by providing functional insights.
  • Analyze and evaluate customer requirements to support the creation of solution outlines and proposals.
  • Participate in the creation of requirements documents, RFIs, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to prepare tailored offers and support positioning.
  • Act as an internal and external innovation driver by sharing insights, trends, and improvements.
  • Support the development of sales strategies and growth plans.
Required Experience & Skills

  • Must have a functional background in Business Central, including:
    • BC Functional Consultants
    • BC Implementation or Support Consultants
    • BC Business Analysts
    • BC Product Specialists
    • BC Customer Success or Enablement profiles
    • Pre-sales or sales-adjacent BC professionals
  • Minimum hands-on experience with Business Central processes.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to explain solutions effectively.
  • Necessary skills in business processes, customer communication, and solution explanation are preferred.
Dealbreakers (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

  • Legal work eligibility in Germany.
  • Required years of experience in Business Central engagements.
  • Mandatory certifications or licenses related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in process mapping or workshop facilitation is a plus.
