The Opportunity We’re supporting a major Finance Transformation initiative implementing PSA integrated with NetSuite, forming the foundation for a broader FINs implementation.
This is a high-impact, hands-on contract role working closely with internally appointed Workstream Leads who require strong Business Analyst support across critical finance processes. You’ll operate at the centre of functional design, deployment, and integration activity within a fast-paced transformation environment.

This is a high-impact, hands-on contract role working closely with internally appointed Workstream Leads who require strong Business Analyst support across critical finance processes. You’ll operate at the centre of functional design, deployment, and integration activity within a fast-paced transformation environment.
Two distinct BA profiles are required:
- Audit & Cash focus
- Record-to-Report (R2R) focus
- Lead and facilitate functional workshops with Finance stakeholders
- Capture, document, and refine business requirements
- Support implementation and deployment of PSA integrated with NetSuite
- Translate business requirements into system configuration inputs
- Support finance foundation data model design
- Contribute to Chart of Accounts design and governance
- Manage complex intercompany process design (R2R role)
- Support integration activities with the appointed System Integrator
- Assist with testing, UAT coordination, and deployment readiness
- Produce high-quality documentation including process maps and functional specs
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on finance system implementations
- Hands-on experience supporting PSA deployment projects
- Strong functional expertise in either:
- Audit & Cash processes, or
- Record-to-Report (R2R), including data models, Chart of Accounts design, and intercompany accounting
- Experience working alongside senior finance stakeholders
- Strong workshop facilitation and documentation capability
- Experience operating within structured implementation methodologies
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced transformation environment
- Experience with NetSuite
- Experience working within a System Integrator-led environment
- Exposure to complex, multi-entity organisations
- Prior involvement in large-scale finance transformation programmes
