Business Analyst - SC Cleared
Role Responsibilities:
Manage and refine live service backlogs, ensuring work is prioritised and delivery-ready
Triage issues, defects and bugs, carrying out impact analysis and defining remediation requirements
Run and support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
Work closely with developers, architects and testers to clarify requirements and data flows
Analyse and document end-to-end processes, integrations and data impacts
Engage with the business service owners and stakeholders to shape priorities
Provide additional support where product management capability is light, helping drive clarity and momentum
Challenge assumptions and requirements constructively, focusing on root user and service needs
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on live digital services
Strong agile delivery experience (Scrum / Kanban)
Comfortable operating in data-heavy and technically complex environments
Ability to work with APIs, data flows and system integrations (conceptual level)
Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Proactive mindset — able to push back, prioritise and bring structure to ambiguity
Desirable Experience:
Public sector / GDS delivery experience
Power Platform / Power Apps experience
Payments, billing or permitting domain knowledge
Security & Compliance
Active security clearance (SC or similar) is a strong advantage, but not mandatory
