Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Consultant / Advisor specializing in Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in D365 CE/CRM to provide insightful consulting services, guiding our clients through the implementation and optimization of Microsoft D365 CE/CRM solutions. Your goal will be to enhance customer relationships, streamline processes, and drive measurable results for their businesses. Fluency in German is required for this position as you will be working closely with German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and customize Microsoft D365 CE/CRM solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate D365 CE solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of D365 CE/CRM, ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to clients and their teams to maximize user adoption and efficacy of the D365 CE/CRM platform.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Microsoft D365 CE/CRM to offer informed recommendations and strategies to clients.
  • Deliver ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering opportunities for additional consulting engagements.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Consultant or Advisor in Microsoft D365 CE/CRM or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, customer engagement strategies, and data analysis specifically related to D365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely in both German and English.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Fluent in German, with strong English language skills preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications related to D365 CE/CRM are a plus.
