Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and customize Microsoft D365 CE/CRM solutions to meet those requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate D365 CE solutions.
- Lead the implementation of D365 CE/CRM, ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and workflows.
- Provide training and support to clients and their teams to maximize user adoption and efficacy of the D365 CE/CRM platform.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Microsoft D365 CE/CRM to offer informed recommendations and strategies to clients.
- Deliver ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering opportunities for additional consulting engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Consultant or Advisor in Microsoft D365 CE/CRM or equivalent CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, customer engagement strategies, and data analysis specifically related to D365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely in both German and English.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Fluent in German, with strong English language skills preferred.
- Microsoft certifications related to D365 CE/CRM are a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000.
