This role is customer facing and working closely with organisations to understand how Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents and automation can transform the way people work.

Someone who can walk into a workshop, understand a business challenge and quickly build a prototype that demonstrates what's possible.

- A Copilot Studio agent integrated with SharePoint, Dataverse or third-party systems.
- An AI solution that improved employee productivity or customer experience.
- A proof of concept that became a production service.
- An automation that eliminated significant manual effort.
- A business case for Copilot adoption backed by real-world outcomes rather than theory.
- Designing modern workplace and Microsoft 365 transformation strategies
- Building and prototyping solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Creating AI agents that automate business processes and improve employee productivity
- Developing proof of concepts, MVPs and innovation workshops for customers
- Working across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID and Power Platform
- Translating business challenges into practical AI and automation solutions
- Advising customers on Copilot adoption, governance and best practice
- Exploring emerging Microsoft AI technologies and identifying new use cases
- Proven experience as a Modern Workplace Architect, Solution Architect or Technical Architect
- Hands-on experience building agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience developing AI-powered proofs of concept, prototypes or MVPs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID and the wider Microsoft ecosystem
- Practical Power Platform experience, including Power Automate and Power Apps
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders from end users through to senior leadership
- A genuine interest in AI, innovation and emerging workplace technologies
