We are seeking an experienced Business Applications Consultant with deep technical expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly the Power Platform, Copilot technologies, and M365 to work with one of the leading technology and AI business solution providers in the Middle East.
The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high?quality solutions while engaging confidently with customers across business and technical domains.
This role requires strong ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to operate in demanding customer environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & implement business application solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and M365 services.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture, user stories, and solution components.
- Build and configure solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Entra ID–integrated patterns.
- Develop and extend Copilot Studio including Actions, Skills, Generative AI approaches, and RAG patterns.
- Configure Entra ID App Registrations, permissions, and secure integrations.
- Lead solution demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, and customer workshops.
- Maintain strong delivery governance including RAID logs, documentation, and compliance with SOW boundaries.
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and change management teams to ensure cohesive end?to?end delivery.
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants and support knowledge transfer across the team.

- Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, solutioning, environment strategy.
- Copilot Studio: generative AI features, extensibility, Actions, Skills, RAG design patterns.
- M365 Copilot configuration & extensibility.
- M365 Administration and tenant?level governance.
- Entra ID: app registration, permissions, enterprise app integration.
- Technical Solution Architecture for enterprise?grade business applications.
- Strong ability to deliver technical demos, lead design discussions, and shape backlogs/user stories.
