We are seeking a client-facing Copilot Solutions Consultant to join a fast-growing business solutions and AI consultancy. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering Microsoft Copilot-based solutions, working closely with end customers to drive successful outcomes across a rapidly expanding portfolio of projects.

This will be an inside IR35 contract role working via Umbrella Company so you must be resident in the UK to be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, building strong relationships, facilitating workshops, and guiding customers to successful Copilot adoption.
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Teams Toolkit agents.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, effective technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in complex and fast-paced environments.
- Lead and coordinate delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Manage and prioritise solution backlogs, supporting continuous improvement and contributing to delivery estimates.
- Share best practices and expertise in Copilot, Copilot Studio, and extensibility with internal and global teams.
- Proven experience in client-facing consulting or solution delivery roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
- Experience designing and building AI-driven or agent-based solutions.
- Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under pressure.
- Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
