Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of D365 Business Central projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure seamless project communication.
- Technical Oversight: Provide expertise in the implementation and integration of D365 Business Central, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet client business needs.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, and areas for improvement.
- User Training and Support: Facilitate user training sessions and support post-implementation to ensure effective adoption of the system.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in implementing Microsoft D365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Microsoft-certified) are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with an understanding of ERP systems and processes.
