Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and propose optimized implementations in collaboration with the CRM Solution Architect.
• Develop maintainable, parameterizable solutions rather than one-off fixes, ensuring integration into the broader system landscape.
• Support integration into the overall system architecture and assist in providing business APIs.
• Manage repositories and pipelines within Azure DevOps to maintain a stable development lifecycle.
• Ensure high quality and maintainability of developments through automated testing, debugging, and comprehensive documentation following the arc42 standard.
• Actively participate in Scrum events and contribute to the team's technical evolution.

Required Experience & Skills

• Must possess in-depth experience in software development with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (ideally in Sales/Marketing).
• Proficient in C#, .NET, and SQL with an eye for creating maintainable and scalable code structures.
• Necessary analytical mindset enabling you to abstract and generalize requirements into solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in technical environments.
• Must communicate confidently in both German and English (minimum level C1+).

Dealbreakers (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

• Legal work eligibility in Germany or Austria.
• Mandatory expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Required proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Essential fluency in German and English (C1+).

Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Interest in AI and experience preparing data for ETL pipelines (e.g., for RAG solutions) based on Microsoft standards.
