- Salary: circa €55-80k (depending on experience)
- Language: German required (English also beneficial)
- Delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Translating functional requirements into technical designs and clean, maintainable builds
- Hands-on development with C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Owning technical decisions, supporting delivery best practice, and contributing to team standards
- Participating in workshops and customer-facing sessions where needed
- Strong Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development experience (or comparable CRM platform experience with clear D365 exposure)
- Solid C#/.NET plus JavaScript/TypeScript
- Clean code mindset and experience delivering scalable, supportable solutions
- Confident communication skills and comfortable working with stakeholders
- Very good German (spoken/written)
