Cognitive are working with an end user organisation based in London who have an ongoing D365 CE Transformation programme running. They're looking for a D365 CE Business Analyst with functional experience and knowledge of D365 CE Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service modules.

Key responsibilities:
- Functional knowledge of all D365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service)
- Facilitate discussions with SMEs, Product Owners, and the SI
- Analyst and document current business processes, workflows, and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements
- Creat and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases.
- Support and guide the SMEs, business, and IT functional teams throughout the transforamtiom with training and troubleshooting.
- Capable of supporting SMEs during testing and go-live phases.
- Proficient in configuring OOB features in D365 CE
- Expertise in mapping requirements to functional modules.
- Skilled in performing fit-gap analysis.
- Ability to write Functional Design Documents, wireframes, Visio diagrams, and process documents.
- 4 years experience working on D365 CE implementation programmes
- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management processes and principles
- Ability to conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CE modules
