Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) solutions.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and produce high-quality documentation.
- Configure D365 CE and Power Platform components in line with best practices.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are optimised, scalable, and aligned with architectural standards.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior consultants.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal input.
- Champion continuous improvement, industry best practices, and the Microsoft roadmap.
About You
- Strong experience implementing and configuring D365 CE / Dynamics CRM across multiple full-lifecycle projects.
- Deep understanding of CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and related business processes.
- Knowledge of Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling solution designs.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-210, MB-230, PL-200) are highly desirable.
