- Lead the architecture and design of D365 Customer Engagement solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Develop and customize D365 solutions, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Conduct system testing and ensure quality of deployment.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of existing solutions to ensure maximum value is derived.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a solution architect role, specifically with D365 CE.
- Required expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including configuration and customization.
- Mandatory experience in leading end-to-end D365 implementation projects.
- Necessary understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
- Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent CRM technologies is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure services, or other related technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail is advantageous.
