Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) modules with a focus on financial processes to meet client business needs.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial requirements and translate them into effective D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- System Optimization: Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on system improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and processes.
- Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to utilize the system effectively.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, system configurations, and user instructions to support ongoing operations and future enhancements.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met while adhering to budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a D365 Finance Consultant or similar role, with a solid understanding of financial processes and ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, specifically in areas such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in D365 F&O or financial management systems are a plus.
