D365 Finance Consultant (m/f/d) Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant (Senior/Consultant level)

We’re partnering with a well-established Microsoft partner / consultancy in Germany that’s continuing to grow its Dynamics practice. They deliver modern ERP programmes for mid-market and enterprise customers and are looking to add an experienced Finance-focused consultant to the team.
The Opportunity You’ll join a delivery-focused consulting team working on end-to-end Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, with a strong emphasis on Finance. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll run workshops, translate requirements into solutions, and support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Work on customer implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, focusing on Finance
- Analyse and translate finance requirements into system design/configuration
- Facilitate customer workshops and deliver user training
- Act as a trusted advisor on digitisation initiatives to maximise project outcomes
- Liaise with development teams: write functional specifications, support delivery, and validate the solution
- Take ownership of workstreams / sub-projects and contribute to project governance and success
- Experience as an ERP functional consultant, ideally Finance-focused
- Dynamics 365 implementation experience (Finance / ERP focus)
- Strong understanding of business processes beyond Finance (nice to have)
- Confident working in agile delivery environments
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel for phased on-site work at customer sites
- Fluent German and strong English
