Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver integrated D365 ERP solutions aligned to global business requirements
- Translate complex client processes into robust, scalable ERP functional designs
- Lead solution architecture discussions and ensure alignment across delivery teams
- Define and track project milestones, ensuring successful and timely delivery
- Establish success metrics and monitor ERP system performance post-implementation
- Support clients through ERP adoption, change management, and optimisation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the ERP practice
- Proven experience in ERP architecture and system integration, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong understanding of ERP solution design, delivery, and lifecycle management
- Experience supporting or influencing pre-sales and solution shaping activities
- Ability to define KPIs and success metrics for ERP implementations
- Strong project delivery experience with a track record of meeting deadlines and milestones
- Commitment to ongoing learning within ERP and Microsoft technologies
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
