Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their business needs and define requirements for implementing D365 F&SCM solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules to align with client specifications and industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the D365 solution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, optimizing performance and maximizing the effectiveness of the D365 application.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, updates, and enhancements within the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging your knowledge to advise clients on best practices.
- Proven experience as a D365 F&SCM Consultant or in a similar role focused on Microsoft Dynamics products.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in D365 F&SCM modules, with certifications being a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to establish strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
