Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement using D365 FSCM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system customization.
- Implement and configure D365 FSCM modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and adherence to compliance standards.
- Provide hands-on training and support to clients, fostering a deep understanding of the platform and its functionalities.
- Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of financial data into the D365 environment.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions, ensuring seamless operational continuity for clients.
- Stay current with updates and enhancements in D365 FSCM, continually assessing their applicability to client needs.
- Contribute to project management by assisting in planning, risk assessment, and status reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a finance consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management is required; certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve complex financial challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Experience in project management methodologies is desirable.
