D365 BizApps Business Development Manager
UK remote with travel
£60k to £80k base
Double OTE
Annual target £1.5m to £2m
We are looking for a proper new business hunter to drive net new logo growth across Microsoft Business Applications, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central.
This is a role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building pipeline from scratch, and closing. You will own the full sales cycle and work closely with pre sales and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions and outcomes for customers.
What you will be doing
Prospecting and winning net new customers across the UK
Selling Microsoft BizApps with a core focus on Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central
Running discovery with senior stakeholders and translating business pain into a clear solution and commercial case
Owning your number and forecasting against a £1.5m to £2m annual target
Working in the Microsoft ecosystem, building relationships, and leveraging the wider partner and Microsoft network to accelerate opportunities
Getting in front of customers when it matters, even though the role is remote
What we are looking for
Proven new logo and net new business sales track record
Strong experience selling Dynamics CE and or Business Central, positioned as BizApps
Comfortable owning the full sales cycle end to end
Commercial and consultative in approach, able to sell value and outcomes
Willing to travel nationally for key client meetings.
