Role – We are seeking an experienced ERP Finance Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level solution design across Finance and adjacent domains. This role plays a critical part in shaping technology solutions that support complex business change, ensuring alignment between business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and modern cloud-based platforms. You will operate at senior stakeholder level, driving solution ideation, architecture governance, and end-to-end design across Finance, HR, and Procurement systems.

This role plays a critical part in shaping technology solutions that support complex business change, ensuring alignment between business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and modern cloud-based platforms. You will operate at senior stakeholder level, driving solution ideation, architecture governance, and end-to-end design across Finance, HR, and Procurement systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-level architecture and design discussions across Finance and related domains.
- Drive solution ideation, design, and implementation activities from concept through delivery.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable IT solutions.
- Review and validate architecture changes against industry best practices and enterprise standards.
- Recommend system upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options, considering TCO, usability, and productivity.
- Define solution roadmaps and architectural blueprints aligned to strategic objectives.
- Communicate architectural decisions clearly to business and technology stakeholders.
- Collaborate with domain architects to formalise and adopt IT standards and procedures.
- Support architectural governance across application portfolios and peer IT programmes.
- Influence and evolve architecture standards where required.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in enterprise or solution architecture within Finance-led programmes.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Unit4, including integrations.
- Solid knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred), microservices, APIs, event-driven design, and canonical data models.
- Strong grasp of architecture best practices, governance, and design principles.
- Ability to convert business vision and requirements into actionable architecture designs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Architecture or finance-related certifications (e.g. TOGAF, CFA, FRM).
- Oracle or SAP Finance Cloud certifications.
- Exposure to HR systems and their interaction with Finance.
- Experience with Ivalua, Ariba, or similar procurement platforms.
