- Lead the team in the development and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
- Ensure smooth operation, further development, and integration of the ERP system across international sales companies
- Oversee technical implementation and enhancement of Einhell-specific BC core applications in areas such as purchasing, logistics, sales, order processing, service, and finance
- Develop interfaces and extensions within BC using AL and related technologies
- Maintain quality assurance, release, and change management for BC systems
- Ensure system availability, performance, security, and data integrity
- Create technical solution designs based on functional requirements in collaboration with your team
- Collaborate with other IT departments to develop integrated IT systems
- Deliver tailored and timely solutions for BC rollouts in international subsidiaries
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team members
- Manage relationships with external service providers and developers
- Must have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Required several years of experience in the development and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (including NAV)
- Mandatory strong knowledge of AL, C/AL, Visual Studio Code, extensions, and the system architecture of Dynamics BC
- Necessary experience with Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, and MS SQL Server
- Minimum of experience in leading teams and/or project groups
- Required solid knowledge of related IT systems (e.g., SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure services)
- Legal work eligibility is essential
- Essential experience in project management, ideally using agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
