In this pivotal role, you’ll be an integral part of the ERP delivery team, driving the analysis, design, and implementation of modern supply chain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Analyze, design, and implement supply chain processes in D365 F&O.
- Participate in fit/gap analyses, workshops, and customer process designs.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O in the areas of:
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Sales & Distribution
- Production / Master Planning (depending on experience)
- Create and maintain functional design documents (FDD).
- Support during system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and go-live phases.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, and integration teams.
- Assist in presales activities like process input, demos, and effort estimates.
- Several years of experience as an SCM/Supply Chain Consultant with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX).
- Strong process understanding in one or more of the following areas:
- Purchasing & Procurement
- Warehouse & Logistics
- Order Management
- Production / Planning
- Experience in ERP implementation projects, ideally in an enterprise environment.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style.
- Excellent communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
- Very good command of German and English.
- Legal work eligibility in Germany.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SCM/Supply Chain roles focused on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Mandatory proficiency in German and English.
- Microsoft certifications in the D365 environment are an advantage.
- Familiarity with additional ERP solutions and methodologies.
