You will collaborate with Solution Architects and cross-functional engineering teams to design, build, and evolve scalable applications as part of a wider transformation programme. This is a hands-on role suited to developers who thrive in fast-moving environments, are comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoy solving real engineering challenges across platforms and technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on solution design and technical assessments.
- Deliver high-quality engineering solutions using modern development practices.
- Plan and execute cross-functional engineering initiatives in an Agile environment.
- Act as a subject matter expert for in-flight platforms, services, and tooling.
- Remove technical blockers for development teams and individual contributors.
- Champion coding excellence and platform best practices.
- Resolve incidents including technical, security, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across global regions.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose measurable improvements to performance and workflow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across technology, product, and operations functions.
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (React preferred; Angular acceptable).
- Comfortable working in rapid-change, digital transformation environments.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to unblock technical challenges.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in enterprise or multi-platform environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD, or automation tooling.
- Familiarity with OKRs/KPIs and performance reporting.
