The Opportunity I’m currently working with a well-established and rapidly growing Microsoft Partner who is looking to appoint a Head of Consulting to lead and evolve their consulting practice across Germany.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll take ownership of consulting operations, drive delivery excellence, and help shape the strategic direction of their Microsoft-focused service offerings. The company has offices in Berlin and Munich, and they’re ideally looking for someone based in or near one of these locations, with hybrid working flexibility.

The Role As Head of Consulting, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of consultants across multiple Microsoft technologies
  
  
• Oversee project delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients
  
  
• Act as a key point of escalation and strategic advisor on complex projects
  
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical Leadership to scope new work
  
  
• Drive internal knowledge-sharing, learning, and Microsoft certification initiatives
  
  
• Help shape the company’s service portfolio in line with Microsoft’s roadmap
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience at a Microsoft Partner is highly desirable – but applications from senior professionals at end-user organizations with strong Microsoft project experience will also be considered
  
  
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – particularly FSCM (Finance & Supply Chain), CE (Customer Engagement), and/or Business Central
  
  
• Strong leadership skills – experience managing or mentoring consulting teams
  
  
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions
  
  
• Fluent in English and German
  
  
• Must be eligible to work in Germany
