We are seeking an experienced Head of Workday Technology to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a global Workday platform within a large, complex international organisation.
This senior leadership role requires a strong end-to-end Workday background, proven experience working across large global teams, and exceptional senior stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive business, HR, and technology leaders to drive platform innovation, transformation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the global Workday strategy and roadmap
- Drive end-to-end delivery, optimisation, and governance of the Workday platform
- Partner with senior HR, business, and technology stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives
- Lead large cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, including vendors and delivery partners
- Oversee Workday enhancements, integrations, releases, and transformation initiatives
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and data integrity across all Workday activities
- Support organisational growth and acquisitions through effective Workday integration
- Provide strategic leadership on future HR technology capabilities and innovation
- Extensive experience leading Workday technology within large global organisations
- Strong end-to-end Workday expertise across implementation, optimisation, integrations, and support
- Proven experience managing large international teams in complex matrix environments
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills
- Track record delivering enterprise-scale HR technology transformation programmes
- Strong strategic, operational, and problem-solving capability
