We're partnering with a global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Technology Lead to oversee and optimise their Workday environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the HRIS function, drive continuous improvement, and shape the future of HR technology across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day HRIS function and provide guidance to the Workday team.
- Act as the escalation point for complex Workday issues across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence and Integrations.
- Oversee Workday governance, configuration, release management and system enhancements.
- Manage annual HR processes including performance, compensation and benefits cycles.
- Ensure effective security, access governance and data integrity.
- Manage third-party suppliers, Statements of Work (SOWs) and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure Workday supports business objectives.
- Strong experience leading Workday or HR Technology functions.
- Hands-on knowledge of Workday HCM and core modules.
- Experience with Workday governance, releases and HRIS operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience working with global HR teams and third-party vendors.
- Up to £90,000 salary
