This role requires a deep understanding of IAM principles, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM solutions to meet business requirements and security policies.
- Develop and maintain IAM architectures, frameworks, and roadmaps.
- Conduct IAM assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to integrate IAM systems with applications and services.
- Define and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and breaches.
- Stay current with IAM technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM architecture and implementation.
- Proficiency in IAM technologies such as LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PAM.
- Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint).
- Strong understanding of security protocols, principles, and frameworks (e.g., SAML, JML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Experience with cloud IAM (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
