You will work across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID to build secure, scalable, and collaborative environments, including complex transformation and migration programs.Role OverviewYou will lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 and identity solutions, supporting clients through cloud adoption, modernization, and M&A / tenant-to-tenant migration scenarios. This includes enabling secure collaboration between organizations and driving end-to-end identity and workload integration.

- Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and infrastructure solutions across full project lifecycles
- Lead Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 migrations, including M&A and cross-tenant scenarios
- Define identity and access strategies (MFA, Conditional Access, hybrid identity, security)
- Architect collaboration solutions across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Advise clients on scalable, secure Modern Workplace architectures
- Support technical delivery teams and contribute to pre-sales and solution design
- Share knowledge through documentation and internal collaboration
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 architecture and migrations
- Solid expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity, and access management
- Experience with enterprise migrations or M&A / tenant transformations
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads and Active Directory
- Ability to lead technical projects and work with distributed teams
- Strong communication skills in English and French
