They’re looking for a Senior M365 Architect with deep messaging expertise, capable of leading the design and delivery of complex separation and integration programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead carve-out / carve-in programmes across Microsoft 365 environments
- Own tenant-to-tenant migrations, with a focus on identity and messaging separation
- Design and deliver Exchange Online / messaging architecture, including:
- Mail flow design
- Coexistence strategy
- Hybrid Exchange environments
- Cutover planning and execution
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to define migration strategy and architecture
- Oversee delivery teams (migration engineers / consultants) to ensure successful execution
Key Requirements
- Strong experience delivering M365 carve-out / tenant-to-tenant programmes
- Deep Exchange / Messaging expertise (must-have):
- Exchange Online
- Hybrid Exchange
- Mail routing, coexistence, cutovers
- Proven background in large-scale migration programmes (M&A / separation)
- Solid understanding of Entra ID / identity in M365 environments
- Experience working in enterprise environments (multi-tenant / multi-country)
Nice to have
- Broader M365 knowledge (Teams, SharePoint, security)
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, enterprise, etc.)
