Role Overview: Technical Lead – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day technical delivery of projects, acting as the main point of contact for development teams and ensuring alignment with architectural design.
- Translate business requirements into functional technical solutions, leading hands-on implementation across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Support commercial activities by contributing to technical estimates and proposal responses.
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable solutions, including custom plug-ins, PCF controls, JavaScript components, and Azure Functions.
- Drive the implementation of AI and emerging technologies, including Copilot and autonomous agents.
- Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support developers, fostering technical excellence across the team.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions).
- Solid understanding of DevOps and ALM, including pipeline management.
- Experience contributing to technical estimations and project planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-400, PL-600).
- Experience with generative AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong background in data migration and transformation from legacy systems.
