As a Microsoft Biz Apps Technical Architect, you will lead technical delivery engagements, acting as the bridge between business requirements and functional solutions while utilizing your proficiency in Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of engagements, liaising with the development team and ensuring adherence to the Technical Architect’s design.
  • Translate intricate business requirements into functional technical solutions, leading the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform components.
  • Contribute to commercial activities by providing technical estimates for Statements of Work (SoW) and offering input for technical responses in RFPs.
  • Design and develop high-quality solutions, including custom plug-ins and Azure Functions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and scalability.
  • Oversee the implementation of AI and emerging technologies, ensuring they meet functional requirements and deliver significant value.
  • Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, ensuring deployment efficiency and environment integrity.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and technical quality assurance to minimize technical debt and uphold coding standards.
  • Mentor and guide developers, fostering their technical growth and sharing best practices.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Must have extensive experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Developer role, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Required deep proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks for complex customizations.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions) and Dataverse integration.
  • Necessary understanding of ALM and DevOps, with capability in managing pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Minimum experience in commercial estimations and validation of technical assumptions.
  • Certified Microsoft credentials such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) or PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect).
