Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced CE Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the design and implementation of customer engagement solutions that drive business performance and enhance user experience. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM will be crucial as we innovate and optimize our services while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct system architecture and integration assessments to ensure seamless operation with existing applications and platforms.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and testing of the Dynamics 365 (CRM) system, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Mentor and advise junior team members on system capabilities and configurations related to Dynamics 365.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and technologies, recommending enhancements that can benefit the organization or clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert during customer engagements, providing insights and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and methodologies, combined with proficiency in CRM software development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value-oriented solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodology is desirable.
