- Oversee the solution design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Lead fit/gap analyses, architecture workshops, and critical decision-making sessions with stakeholders.
- Design scalable end-to-end ERP solutions covering Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), integrations, data, and security.
- Ensure quality throughout all analysis, design, and implementation artifacts.
- Provide functional leadership to onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Collaborate closely with project management, delivery leadership, and presales teams.
- Actively support presales activities, including architecture design, effort estimation, and customer presentations.
- Identify, assess, and manage architectural risks and decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, IT management, and business leaders.
- Must have several years of experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Required strong process and system expertise in at least one area: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail.
- Mandatory demonstrated experience with complex enterprise ERP implementations.
- Necessary deep understanding of integrations, data migration, security, and governance.
- Proven experience leading distributed, international teams.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good command of both German and English.
- Microsoft certifications, such as Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect Expert, are a plus.
- Must have legal work eligibility in Germany.
- Required years of experience focusing on solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Mandatory certifications/licenses relevant to the role.
- Essential technical capabilities in ERP systems and integrations.
- Experience in agile project settings.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for ERP system implementations.
