Key Responsibilities
- Developing bespoke Dynamics 365 CE solutions including plugins, workflows and custom actions
- Building and enhancing custom interfaces using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Supporting Power Platform and Power Automate solution delivery
- Customising and extending Dynamics 365 Field Service environments
- Contributing to scalable entity architecture and data modelling
- Working within CI/CD and source-controlled development environments
- Collaborating with distributed delivery teams across multiple locations
- Supporting technical discussions with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Strong Dynamics 365 CE development experience
- Strong C# development capability
- Experience developing with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Solid Power Platform and Power Automate experience
- Experience with FetchXML and entity architecture design
- Dynamics 365 Field Service customisation experience
- Understanding of Git and modern development practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within collaborative delivery environments
- Experience working within a Microsoft Partner consultancy
- Exposure to DevSecOps or Azure-based delivery environments
- Experience working across enterprise or public sector programmes
- Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSE etc.)
- Broader Power Platform experience across integrations and automation
