In this influential role within the Enterprise Solution Center, you will leverage your deep expertise in Microsoft technologies to lead initiatives throughout the full pre-sales lifecycle. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving business development and pre-sales efforts, contributing to innovative solutions that address the challenges of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead the pre-sales process for innovative solutions, owning opportunities from qualification through to closure.
  • Offer Development: Conduct market and technology analyses, create new Microsoft security offerings, and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
  • Delivery Oversight: Define and design strategic projects at a high level, providing guidance on complex engagements and high-risk projects.
  • Partner Management: Build strong relationships with strategic partners, identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Sales & Solutioning Activities: Analyze RFPs, develop technical solutions, price models, and full proposal responses while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales process.
Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Microsoft security projects.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales / solution lead role, focusing on enterprise security deals (French market experience is preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ideal certifications: Microsoft SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-500, or equivalent
  • Strong commercial mindset paired with deep technical expertise.
Dealbreakers (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

  • Legal work eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken).
Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the latest Microsoft security stack technologies.
  • Experience with complex enterprise-level security solutions.
