Key Responsibilities:
- Data Architecture & Strategy
- Define and lead the enterprise data architecture strategy for Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Design end-to-end data solutions, including:
- Data modelling
- Integration architecture
- Migration strategy (on-premise to cloud)
- Ensure alignment across Finance, SCM, and EPM domains
- Data Migration & Integration
- Lead data conversion and migration activities using:
- Oracle FBDI
- ADFdi
- HDL
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Map legacy data structures to Oracle Fusion data models
- Design and implement integrations using:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Lead data conversion and migration activities using:
- Governance & Data Quality
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance frameworks
- Define and maintain:
- Data lineage
- Metadata
- Architecture documentation
- Align with regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR, SOX)
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with:
- Functional teams
- Enterprise architects
- DBAs and infrastructure teams
- Support reporting and analytics through:
- OTBI
- BI Publisher
- Optimise data performance, availability, and consistency
- Work closely with:
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Data Architect within Oracle Fusion environments
- Deep expertise in:
- Oracle Fusion data models (Financials, SCM, EPM)
- Data migration and ETL processes
- Hands-on experience with:
- FBDI, HDL, ADFdi
- OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View
- OIC, ODI, REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong knowledge of:
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Oracle database technologies
- Experience delivering large-scale data migration programmes
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
