- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Time & Absence implementations and change initiatives.
- Analyse business requirements including:
✔ Time entry and approvals
✔ Absence plans and accruals
✔ Overtime, shifts & schedules
✔ Statutory leave and compliance rules - Configure Fusion Time & Absence including:
✔ Time card layouts & rules
✔ Absence types, plans & eligibility
✔ Accrual formulas
✔ Approval workflows - Support functional testing, UAT, cutover and post-go-live.
- Produce FDDs, config workbooks, test scripts & user documentation.
Technical Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Fast Formulas for Time, Absence, Accruals & Eligibility.
- Build and support integrations via:
✔ HCM Extracts
✔ REST/SOAP APIs
✔ BI Publisher reports - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in:
✔ Time calculations
✔ Accrual logic
✔ Eligibility rules
✔ Data integrations - Support data migration activities via HDL and HSDL.
- Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, roles & security.
- Integrate with Payroll, third-party Time systems & Absence vendors.
Key Skills
- 10+ years of Oracle Fusion experience.
- Deep expertise in Fusion Time & Absence.
- Strong experience with:
✔ Fast Formula (Time/Absence/Accruals)
✔ HCM Extracts
✔ BI Publisher
✔ REST / SOAP APIs
✔ SQL (basic)
✔ HDL / HSDL
