Role – We are seeking a skilled Oracle PaaS Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS) to design, develop, and maintain custom applications within the Oracle PaaS environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver user-friendly, scalable, and integrated solutions that enhance our Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Key skills:
- Proven experience as an Oracle PaaS Developer, with a focus on Oracle VBCS.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Platform and its services.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing custom applications using VBCS.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, Payroll, Procurement, SCM).
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and other integration technologies.
- Consulting background is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)
- Design and develop custom applications using Oracle VBCS for Oracle PaaS.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly application interfaces.
- Integrate custom applications with Oracle Cloud services including ERP, HCM, Payroll, Procurement, and SCM modules.
- Develop application logic, workflows, and business rules within the Oracle PaaS environment.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application/reporting issues while providing ongoing support and maintenance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, configurations, and solutions.
