- Proven experience in product management, ideally within the digital and/or energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of power system principles, modelling techniques, and grid operation challenges.
- Proficiency with power system analysis tools such as PSS®E, PowerFactory, PSCAD, ETAP.
- Understanding of market trends in smart grids, energy storage, and renewable integration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Consulting background is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)

- Drive adoption of products aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Research and apply emerging digital technologies to address power system challenges.
- Manage cross-functional agile delivery teams across the full product lifecycle.
