Key skills:
- Proficiency in developing applications using Python.
- Solid understanding of software development and delivery lifecycles.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with software testing, deployment, and release management.
- Exposure to or experience in the Power Utilities / Power Transmission & Distribution domain.
- Ability to understand industry challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
- Consulting background is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python.
- Collaborate with product owners, testers, and other developers to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions.
- Apply strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and best practices.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of sprint goals.
- Support the testing, deployment, and release processes, ensuring stability and scalability of applications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and delivery efficiency.
