You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical delivery, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions are defined, designed, and delivered effectively.

Role – We are looking for experienced Salesforce Business Analysts to join a fast-paced digital transformation programme. You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical delivery, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions are defined, designed, and delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements discovery workshops with business stakeholders
- Analyse and translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage and maintain backlog items using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Document business processes and workflows using tools like Visio or similar
- Create UI mock-ups and wireframes (e.g. Figma) to support solution design
- Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and Test teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, and 3 Amigos sessions
- Ensure alignment between business goals and delivered Salesforce capabilities
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with strong Salesforce exposure
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
- Experience creating process flows and documentation (Visio or equivalent)
- Ability to produce wireframes and mock-ups (Figma or similar tools)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration
- Experience supporting UAT and stakeholder validation
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
