Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: London (2–3 days onsite)
Contract Length: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a high-impact transformation programme within a leading organisation. This role will play a critical part in delivering large, strategic initiatives across Lead-to-Cash and Record-to-Report value streams.
You will own and drive end-to-end business analysis activities, ensuring high-quality outputs across shaping, design, and delivery phases while enabling informed decision-making across enterprise portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and business analysis across complex transformation initiatives
  • Translate current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes into clear, value-driven outcomes
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, converting strategic goals into actionable user stories and prioritised backlogs
  • Ensure solutions align with business value, enterprise priorities, and architectural standards
  • Drive structured, options-based analysis across process optimisation, system enhancements, and buy-vs-build decisions
  • Support portfolio planning by identifying dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, Transformation Managers, and Enterprise Architects to shape demand and accelerate execution
  • Govern analysis through delivery, supporting UAT, business sign-off, and adoption
  • Embed Agile and portfolio-level best practices aligned to business architecture standards

Your Profile
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within Salesforce environments
  • Strong domain expertise across Lead-to-Cash and Record-to-Report, preferably with Salesforce Revenue Cloud
  • Proven ability to define clear, robust, and testable requirements
  • Extensive experience in business process modelling and end-to-end process mapping
  • Strong background in enterprise-scale transformation and change delivery
  • Experience working across senior leadership, business, and technology teams
  • Ability to resolve complex delivery challenges and drive successful outcomes
  • Hands-on experience in Scaled Agile environments and full SDLC understanding
  • Salesforce techno-functional expertise (user stories, backlog refinement, Agile delivery support)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
