Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce RCA Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. This is a senior architecture role where you will act as a design authority and trusted advisor, shaping scalable, secure, and future-ready revenue platforms across Sales, Service, and Finance domains.

Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce RCA Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. This is a senior architecture role where you will act as a design authority and trusted advisor, shaping scalable, secure, and future-ready revenue platforms across Sales, Service, and Finance domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Solution Design
- Own end-to-end Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) architecture, including:
- Product modelling
- Pricing and discounting
- Quoting and contracts
- Subscriptions and billing orchestration
- Define target-state architecture for Q2C transformation and CPQ-to-RCA migration
- Design advanced pricing models, bundles, and revenue structures
- Architect subscription, usage-based, and hybrid billing models
- Own end-to-end Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) architecture, including:
- Integration & Enterprise Architecture
- Design integrations across:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Billing platforms
- Define API-led integration patterns (REST, Platform Events)
- Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of the overall architecture
- Design integrations across:
- Leadership & Governance
- Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership
- Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices
- Review and approve solution designs and technical deliverables
- Mentor architects and senior developers
- Delivery Support
- Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilisation
- Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR)
- Drive alignment across global delivery teams
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution or Technical Architect
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes
- Product configuration, pricing, contracts, and subscriptions
- Experience across:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Apex and Lightning Web Components (architecture oversight)
- Strong integration experience with ERP and billing systems
- Proven ability to design enterprise-scale, scalable solutions
- Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
