Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead solution design, platform architecture, and technical decision-making across complex Salesforce implementations. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical depth, architectural leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct architecture and design workshops to analyse business needs and define scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level technical designs.
- Create and present technical blueprints, solution architectures, BRDs and FSDs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to determine declarative vs programmatic implementation paths.
- Provide best practice guidance on CRM strategy, platform security, data model, and integration patterns.
- Lead technical delivery across Service Cloud and other Salesforce clouds.
- Oversee integration design (REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect, APIs) and deployment strategy.
- Review and mentor developers, ensuring alignment with platform architecture & best practices.
- Provide input into data migration strategy, governance, and performance considerations.
- Ensure authentication, authorisation, and PII protections are aligned to enterprise standards.
- 10+ years hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds.
- 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles on full-lifecycle enterprise projects.
- Strong experience across:
✔ Multi-cloud architecture
✔ Platform data model
✔ Security model & SSO
✔ API integrations
✔ Solution design patterns - Experience with key platform features including:
✔ Flows, Workflows, Approvals
✔ Permission Sets & Profiles
✔ Service Console, Live Agent/Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (Tooling, Metadata, Bulk, REST/SOAP).
- Strong cloud computing and system design background.
