Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions within complex enterprise environments. In this role, you will define architecture standards, guide development teams, and ensure Salesforce implementations align with enterprise architecture principles and platform best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs that maximise the value of the Salesforce platform.

In this role, you will define architecture standards, guide development teams, and ensure Salesforce implementations align with enterprise architecture principles and platform best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs that maximise the value of the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture across enterprise programmes.
- Design scalable and secure solutions covering data architecture, integrations, and platform development.
- Own technical delivery aspects including data migration, data quality, system integrations, and third-party applications.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs.
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and business teams to design technology solutions aligned to business needs.
- Ensure adoption of Salesforce best practices, governance, and platform standards.
- Manage technical risks and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Support pre-sales and discovery activities, including solution workshops and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams and support enterprise-level client implementations.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Enterprise Architect.
- Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
- Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce platform architectures.
- Strong expertise in data architecture, integrations, and platform security.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and platform constraints.
- Hands-on technical foundation including Apex, Force.com development, Java/.NET, and integration frameworks.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and data transport technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design solutions for complex enterprise environments.
