Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Lead to design and implement integrated financial and operational planning models across a modern SAP landscape. The role involves architecting planning frameworks, scenario simulations, driver-based forecasting and data integration between SAC, Datasphere and S/4HANA. This position will partner closely with Finance, FP&A, Investment, and Data stakeholders to build a scalable planning platform supporting profitability, workforce and project planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of SAC planning models for:
✔ P&L
✔ Workforce & personnel cost
✔ Depreciation
✔ Project planning & allocations - Build scenario modelling frameworks and value-driver trees for strategic planning.
- Integrate SAC planning with Datasphere for real-time connectivity and harmonised data structures.
- Translate business requirements into functional planning solutions.
- Enable what-if analysis and simulations for AUM, profitability and cost impacts.
- Define best practices for versioning, data actions, data consistency and governance.
- Collaborate with S/4HANA and Data teams on actuals-to-plan integration.
- Produce documentation covering functional specs, design models and user guides.
Key Skills
- 8+ years in financial planning, analytics or reporting functions.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning including:
✔ Data Actions
✔ Advanced Formulas
✔ Driver-Based Planning
✔ Version Management - Experience with SAP Datasphere for data modelling & integration.
- Understanding of fund management, AUM-based fee structures & cost allocation methods.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
