Role – We are seeking an experienced SAP Commissions / Sales Performance Management (Callidus) Support Lead to take ownership of a business-critical incentive compensation platform. You will act as the single point of accountability for production support, ensuring platform stability, accurate commission processing, and continuous improvement of operations. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT teams, as well as external support partners.

You will act as the single point of accountability for production support, ensuring platform stability, accurate commission processing, and continuous improvement of operations. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT teams, as well as external support partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service & Operations
- Lead day-to-day production support and service operations.
- Manage incident queues and ensure SLA adherence (MTTR/FTR).
- Run daily stand-ups and coordinate support activities.
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Own end-to-end incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Manage recurring issues through structured problem management.
- Plan and deliver system changes, releases, and hotfixes.
- Application & Data Management
- Configure and maintain plans, rules, rate tables, and hierarchies.
- Oversee data loads (EIM), validations, and reconciliations.
- Monitor pipelines, schedulers, and integrations.
- Commissions Processing
- Run and validate compensation calculations.
- Partner with Finance and Sales Ops on payout accuracy.
- Manage disputes, adjustments, and payroll sign-off.
- Performance & Governance
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Produce service reports (SLA, incidents, risks, improvements).
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit evidence.
- Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Act as the primary contact for business and IT stakeholders.
- Manage vendor interactions and escalations.
- Mentor support analysts and build knowledge assets.
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive automation and monitoring enhancements.
- Lead post-incident reviews and process improvements.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus).
- Proven L2/L3 production support leadership experience.
- Expertise in:
- Crediting, compensation rules, plans, rate tables.
- Payee/position hierarchies and security models.
- Experience with EIM data loads, validation, and reconciliation.
- Solid understanding of integrations (CRM/ERP, APIs, ETL/iPaaS).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong analytical skills (SQL, Excel, data reconciliation).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring support teams.
