Job Title: SAP Commissions (Callidus) Application Support Lead

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Commissions (Callidus) Application Support Lead to take full ownership of on-site production support for a business-critical incentive compensation platform.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll act as the single point of accountability for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring the day-to-day stability of commissions operations while working closely with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and SAP Support.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll act as the single point of accountability for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring the day-to-day stability of commissions operations while working closely with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and SAP Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production support operations, managing incident queues and maintaining SLA performance
- Own end-to-end incident and problem management, including RCA and corrective actions
- Plan and execute configuration changes, releases, and regression testing (CAB governance)
- Maintain application configuration (plans, rules, rate tables, hierarchies, security)
- Oversee EIM data loads, validations, reconciliations, and pipeline monitoring
- Ensure payout accuracy, period close validation, and payroll integration sign-off
- Drive performance optimisation, stability improvements, and automation opportunities
- Produce service reporting (SLA metrics, trends, risks) and maintain SOPs/runbooks
- Support audits, enforce access controls, and ensure compliance standards
- Coach and mentor support analysts, maintaining a strong knowledge base
- Strong hands-on configuration expertise in SAP Commissions (crediting, compensation rules, plans, rate tables, calendars, positions/payees, security)
- Proven L2/L3 production support experience with ITIL-aligned processes
- Deep knowledge of EIM, integrations (CRM/ERP/iPaaS), and interface troubleshooting
- Experience coordinating releases, regression testing, and CAB approvals
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL/Excel) for reconciliations and audit preparation
- Excellent stakeholder management across Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and IT
